- 1 / 5By Kristi FrushI am a big fan of Dunkin Donuts and a DD Card holder; however this DD store, specifically its owner, has little to be desired. Today I arrived on time to pick up a special order of 2 doz donuts, white icing with rainbow sprinkles. It's St. Patrick's Day and as a teacher, I was treating my little Kindergarteners to a special snack. We had talked about rainbows all week, colors and the science of how rainbows are created. And, after all, everyone knows that leprechauns are associated with rainbows!
Well, the order was never fulfilled and all the owner did was argue with me and offer poor excuses in spite of the increased donut competition in Stafford. He was arrogant, insulted his staff by implying they were incompetent, and offered a whopping $2 off. This didn't upset me as much as the extremely poor customer service and negative attitude that accompanied our discussion. I will continue to enjoy DD, but definitely not this Stafford store.November 19, 2016
